Now that we have two kiddos under 3 and I’m back to work part-time (back full-time in January), I have been trying really hard to make my mornings easy and as stress-free as possible, while maximizing sleep! One way I have been doing that is making a week’s worth of oatmeal and dividing it up for the work week on Sunday. Having a delicious and pretty healthy breakfast is a must-have for busy mamas (whether you’re working or not!). The great thing about oatmeal is that you can mix in pretty much anything, and, it’s TASTY! I keep mine pretty simple with just some raisins, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
